Acceptable Performance / Poor Installation Instructions - Ben - Battle Creek, MI
The lifter works very well with my ATT cordless headset. Unfortunately the instructions are poorly written. It is more confusing to try to follow the instructions when mounting the lifter than it is to actually just try to figure it our yourself. There is very little flexibility on where the lifter needs can be placed on the phone. Works fine to my Nortel Networks desk phone. Cord connection information in the instructions are easily understandable.

This product is a piece of junk. It did not work properly regardless how I installed it. I called for support and they could not help. I sent it back.
